The Black Perspective's first BBQ and Black Artist Event! Come for an evening full of good food and slam poetry from some of Burlington's finest Black creators. A showcase of Black art in the written form to uplift Black voices.
Bring a blanket or chairs, bug spray and masks. Social Distancing will be required, as well as masks covering the nose and mouth when food isn't being consumed. There will be bathrooms if needed.
Some artists will have books to buy, and donations are appreciated but not required.
